Below are the fees for The Cottages. If you are interested in booking, simply drop me an email and inquire about the property. Please include the name of the property and the dates you are looking for in the request. I will respond as promptly as possible. Any dates requested have a 12-hour hold (except for same day bookings) placed on them in order to allow you time to decide and to issue payment through either Paypal or Venmo.
Cottage West
Cottage West is a two-bedroom, one bath home that contains a full size bed and a queen size bed, along with two couches in the living room and a playpen for a little one. This home can accommodate a maximum of six. You will share a driveway with the Airstream guests. The driveway is 22' wide by 40' deep.
Pricing is as follows:
1 night: $150.00
2 night(s): $275.00
3 night(s): $385.00
4 night(s): $480.00
5 night(s): $570.00
every additional night - $90.00

Payment is required in advance.
Guests can cancel up to 14 days in advance with 100% of fees (less any credit card processing fees - typically 3-5%) refunded.

The Hedy Lamarr Airstream
The Hedy Lamarr is a 1956 Flying Cloud Airstream that contains one full size bed. A spacious deck outside includes a hammock, access to both the shared garden, firepit and bbq. You will share a driveway with Cottage West guests. The driveway is 22' wide by 40' deep. This property can accommodate a maximum of two.
